3.0 CONCLUSION There can never be an exhaustive list of guidelines in this area. There are many standards the world over. This set that we present here is drawn from experiences mainly with public participation in Zimbabwe, complimented by the best international practices. We present these to both the NPRC and our stakeholders who will participate in this process, hoping that they will use this Code to the best ends and to achieve the best results. We remain committed to ensuring that process of national healing in Zimbabwe is aligned to the expectations of the people of Zimbabwe. Working with victim communities is a venture that requires extreme care and adequate preparation.
