7.0. MONITORING AND EVALUATION Given the multi-sectoral nature of gender issues, monitoring and evaluation will be the responsibility of all implementing institutions involved. The Ministry of Women’s Affairs Gender and Community Development shall have a coordination and oversight role while ZIMSTAT and other research institutions will be critical partners in data collection. The following set of indicators will be used to assess the progress towards achieving the objectives of this NGP under each thematic area.
