Amongst those revised were the pamphlets on the Declaration of Rights and Child Rights. These were also translated into Ndebele and Shona, as were the eight leaflets on different sections of the Constitution and two leaflets on ‘Restoration of Citizenship’ which were translated into Shona. Legal Publications Unit The Legal Publications Unit has continued to play its valuable combined role of supporting the programmes with the production of IEC materials, as covered above, and publishing essential tools for the justice delivery system. The Unit conducted a customer survey to establish gaps in the market but work on revising existing texts and writing new texts is dependent on the harmonisation of the laws with the new Constitution, which is yet to happen. The annual output of the Unit is detailed below. 15
