11.6 What the Provisional BVR Data Tells Us The BVR Data generally indicates a heightened interest in voter registration, with all provinces recording more than half of the projected population having registered, and more youth and women participation than in previous processes and comparatively across categories. There however, remains a need for concerted efforts to mobilize prospective voters to take part in the continuous registration exercise and to turn out to vote in the 2018 Harmonized elections.
