M Victim went to watch a football match at Kapatamukombe Primary School in Muzarabani with three of his siblings. On their way home they met two ZANU-PF youths namely, Own and Washington. An argument ensured and the ZANU PF youths started assaulting victim for acting as an MDC Alliance Polling Agent during the harmonized elections. Case was reported at Muzaraban i Police Station. Victim was asked to collect the RRB number after 3 days & is still to collect. 20 . 11 Aug B. K &G.D In Ward 15, Nhire Village under Chief Nhire from Makosa area in Mashonaland East Constituency. A couple and their 9 month year old daughter was reportedly attacked by three (3) ZANU PF youths namely Noah Mutsatsa, Stany Kapikinyu and the third unidentified man. The trio demanded to know whom the couple had voted for in the harmonized elections a demand which Noah Mutsatsa had persistently made since the 1st of August but without getting a favourable answer. Noah proceeded to assault the male victim. The wife bolted out of the house with her baby on her back. Upon escape, Stern charged at her and caught her some 55 strides away from the house. Stern proceeded to assault her with clenched fists. The female victim allege that her child was hit by two deflected blows which were aimed at her head. She further alleged that, Stern Kapirinyi proceeded to rape her once from behind. The child died the following day. The case was reported at Makosa Police station CR 28– 818 The perpetrator s were apprehend ed on 21 August and the case was heard on the 23rd of August 2018.
