She was at the Shamva bus terminus trying to board a bus to return to Harare when a group of people arrived and indiscriminately began to assault travellers. She was beaten with pick handles on the back and fell down face forwards Medical assessment SRQ-8 Score: 3 The patient was seen 3 weeks after the event and was complaining of headaches, backache chest pain and abdominal pain. On clinical examination there was no neurological deficit, no evidence of rib fractures and her chest was clinically clear. Her abdomen was normal.
