Only 5 accessed the office on this Tuesday: this is a fairly normal weekly intake of Zimbabweans. Photograph 9: minutes after the previous picture was taken, Home Affairs guards started an unprovoked attack on the Zimbabweans, whipping them with sjamboks. Photograph 10: October 2004 - a year later in Rosettenville: the RRO is now accessed down an un-signposted alley.
