Condonations, etc.
I I. The rights of the Registrar under this Agreement will not be prejudiced
in any way by any extension of time or any other indulgence or concession which
he or she may grant to the User in respect of the performance of any of the User's
obligations under this Agreement.
Material changes
I 2. Any material changes to the particulars furnished by a Registered User in
his or her application to become a Registered User or in the particulars furnished
below shall be promptly notified to the Registrar, and in any event vvithin seven days
from the change having occurred or been made.
