Financial Adjustments (ee) the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission during the financial year ended on the 31st December, 2017, in an amount of forty million two hundred and seventy-five thousand two hundred United States dollars; and (ff) the Zimbabwe Land Commission during the financial year ended on the 31st December, 2017, in an amount of two hundred and ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and twenty-three United States dollars. 5 5 Condonation of unauthorised expenditure for the year ended 2018 The incurring of the following expenditure in excess of that which was appropriated in terms of Part 3 of Chapter 17 of the Constitution or for which no money was appropriated under that Part, is condoned— (a) the Office of the President and Cabinet during the financial year ended on the 31st December, 2018, in an amount of one hundred and eight million and thirty thousand five hundred and twenty-seven United States dollars; (b) the Ministry of Labour and Social Services during the financial year ended on the 31st December, 2018, in an amount of ninety-two million four hundred and nine thousand six hundred and eighty-eight United States dollars; (c) the Ministry of Defence during the financial year ended on the 31st December, 2018, in an amount of one hundred and sixty-nine million seven hundred and six thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine United States dollars; (d) the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development during the financial year ended on the 31st December, 2018, in an amount of five hundred and fifty-nine million four hundred and forty-eight thousand one hundred and nineteen United States dollars; (e) the Ministry of Industry, commerce and Enterprise Development during the financial year ended on the 31st December, 2018, in an amount of twenty-four million five hundred and fifty-seven thousand five hundred United States dollars; (f) the Ministry of Lands, Agriculture and Rural Development during the financial year ended on the 31st December, 2018, an amount of one billion seven hundred and eleven million nine hundred and fifty-four thousand eight hundred and fifty-eight United States dollars; (g) the Ministry of Mines and Mining Development during the financial year ended on the 31st December, 2018, in an amount of forty-nine million two hundred and sixty-four thousand one hundred and ninety United States dollars; (h) the Ministry of Environment, Water and Climate during the financial year ended on the 31st December, 2018, in an amount of seventy-eight million three hundred and ninety-one thousand and twenty-five United States dollars; 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 (i) the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructural Development during the financial year ended on the 31st December, 2018, in an amount of three hundred and thirty-five million five hundred and thirty thousand two hundred and twenty-two United States dollars; 45 (k) the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, during the financial year ended on the 31st December, 2018, in an amount of eighty-five million 50 (j) the Ministry of Health and Child Care, during the financial year ended on the 31st December, 2018, in an amount of sixty-one million seven hundred and four thousand two hundred and forty-nine United States dollars; 6
