HR Violated Provincial highlights Mashonaland 12 September West Right to Food Councillor Mabhanga Dhliwayo of Zanu PF is alleged to have denied *Japhet Zondi (64) food aid donated by the Church of Christ at Rimuka Hall in ward 7, Kadoma Central. Zondi was told that he would not getting food because his son supports MDC-T. The victim is guardian to six children and is unemployed. Province Date HR Violated Provincial highlights Matabeleland North 16 September Right to Food It is reported that MDC-T councillor for ward 4, F Sibanda complained of politicization of food relief by Zanu PF officials in Bubi. He complained that 150 villagers were left out of the food relief program because they were not Zanu PF card carrying members. Those who got the maize were forced to pay a transport fee of $3 per person instead of $1. The practice is being perpetrated by Zanu PF ward chair Danisa Mbuso Siwela, party officials Enock Mpofu, Mongiwa Wabayi and Lizzah Phiri, in collaboration with village heads Douglas Khoza and Stephen Moyo.
