CITIZENSHIP OF ZIMBABWE ACT
(i) possesses such immunity from suit and legal process as is accorded to the envoy of a fo reign sovereign power
accredited to Zimbabwe; and
(ii) is not a citizen of Zimbabwe;
or
(b)
at the time of his birth—
(i) his father is an enemy alien; and
