for which domesticating Bills are required.
Other States Parties
To date 25 AU member States have ratified the Convention, with the last ratification occurring
in August 2015.
Of nearby countries, Angola, Zambia, Uganda, Malawi, Swaziland and Lesotho are also States
Parties to the Convention. South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, DRC, Tanzania and Mozambique
are not.
