An in-depth Study on the impacts of Operation Murambatsvina The duty of care owed by a government to its citizens has been wholly violated, and it is evident that the Zimbabwe Government has failed in its Responsibility to Protect. This must require the international community to take strong and positive steps to ensure both that no further harm will come to the ordinary people of Zimbabwe, and also to provide the immediate support and assistance that these people now need desperately. x
