HUMANITARIAN AND FOOD ASSISTANCE Compliance • Health issues, particularly the various epidemics, are being addressed by Government in collaboration with donors. A measles vaccination campaign successfully targeted over 5 million children. A cholera outbreak seems to have been contained, and new guidelines for the enhanced treatment of people living with HIV/Aids have been adopted.
