SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONES ACT [CHAPTER 14:34]

Declaration of Special Economic Zone
________
IT is hereby notified that, in terms of section 20(1) of the
Special Economic Zones Act [Chapter 14:34], the Zimbabwe
Special Economic Zones Authority, has declared Varun Beverages
(Zimbabwe) (Private) Limited as a special economic zone. The zone
is located on a certain piece of land situate in the district of Salisbury
called Stand 1824 Ardbennie Township of Ardbennie Township 2 of
Subdivision A of Ardbennie, measuring 7,379 7 hectares and held
under Deed of Transfer 1217/17.
A map of the area covered by the Zone will be available for
inspection at Zimbabwe Special Economic Zones Authority,
Sixth Floor, Finsure House, 8884, Kwame Nkrumah Avenue/
Sam Nujoma Street, Harare, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. from
Monday to Friday other than a public holiday or on our website
www.zimseza.co.zw.

Appointment of the Prosecutor-General of Zimbabwe

IT is hereby notified that His Excellency, the President of the
Republic of Zimbabwe, has, in terms of section 259(3) of the
Constitution, appointed Kumbirai Hodzi as the Prosecutor-General
with effect from 23rd January, 2019.
