30 (b) action or decision taken or thing done by the Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs or any administrator or assistant administrator; in the valid exercise of any power in terms of the Presidential Powers (Temporary Measures) (Reconstruction of State-Indebted Insolvent Companies) Regulations, 2004, published in Statutory Instrument 187 of 2004, shall (notwithstanding any lapsing of those regulations) be deemed to have been validly made, taken or done, as the case may be, in terms of this Act.
