Disabled A person who has a mental and/or physical handicap that prevents him/her from full-productivity. Head of the Household The primary decision-maker in terms of allocating the natural, human, and financial resources available to the household. Orphan A child with one (single orphan) or both parents (double) that have died and abandoned children. “Operation Murambatsvina/Restore Order” An operation that commence on 18 May 2005 to rid the urban areas of filth (discard the filth), as well as illegal structures, and formalise the informal sector according to GoZ. In this report Operation Murambatsvina and Operation Restore Order refer to the same Operation. Household People living under the same roof and eating together from the same pot.
