CONCLUSION (1) Change is always difficult to manage and the LRF is going to have to deal with change in the coming year, reducing the size of the organisation and prioritising its areas of intervention so as to build a greater degree of sustainability in the future. At the same time this should be seen as an opportunity to refocus on identified priorities and work to achieve long-lasting results through its contribution to the quality of justice delivery and the capacity of the people of Zimbabwe to exercise their legal rights. 45
