After perusing the record and hearing the submissions of the parties, this Court allowed the appeal and indicated that the reasons would be availed in due course. The following are the reasons for the order: The appellant entered into an agreement with a company called Farmcrop Enterprises in terms of which Farmcrop Enterprises would sell fertilizers and crop chemicals on behalf of the appellant after which sale, it would remit the proceeds to the appellant.
