“(d) mandatory automatic and electronic voter registration.”
(c) on page 11 of the Bill –
(i)
insert new clause 17 to amend section 192(6) of the Act be deleting the
“Minister” and substitute with “Parliament” in approving regulations
made by ZEC.
(ii)
Insert new clause 18 to amend section 401 by deleting the provisions
enabling the Minister to determine the composition of observers
accreditation committee and empower Zimbabwe Electoral
Commission to determine composition of the committee.
