CHAPTER I THE REPUBLIC AND THE CONSTITUTION (a) at the time of his birth, his father— (i) possesses such immunity from suit and legal process as is accorded to the envoy of a foreign sovereign power accredited to Zimbabwe; and 1 The Republic Zimbabwe is a sovereign republic and shall be known as “the Republic of Zimbabwe”.
