Summary box l l l The constitution under section 322 provides that Parliament must ensure that sufcient funds are made available for all the Commissions created under it to do their work effectively. According to the NPRC Bill, if it becomes law in the current state, the NPRC will not be wholly dependent on the Government, for funding but can seek funding from other sources subject to certain procedures.
