PART I PRELIMIKARY 1 Short title This Act may be cited as the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (Debt Assumption) Act, 2015. 2 Interpretation ( 1) In this Act- "creditor". in relation to any agreement or instrument specified in the Schedule, means a person to whom the Resetve Bank of Zimbabwe owes any obligation under an agreement or instrument, or such person's successor in title; "Debt Management OHice" means the Office referred to in subsection (2); "Minister" means the Minister of Finance and Economic Development or any other Minister to whom the President may. from time to time, assign the administration of this Act: "prior debt" means a liability of the Reserve Bank referred to in section 3: Printed by the Government Printet; Hamre 17 No.2
