Legal Responsibility Businesses shall, in their operations, abide by the laws, rules and regulations governing the country’s economy. Social Responsibility All businesses should contribute socially to the communities they serve. Monitoring and Evaluation 4.(1) Databases for monitoring and evaluation purposes shall be maintained and regularly updated within Government and sector levels.
