• It
is
worth
noting
that
in
Matobo
North,
Umguza
and
Umzingwane,
the
MDC-‐A
candidates
do
not
live
in
Zimbabwe!
All
three
currently
reside
and
work
in
South
Africa.
Additionally,
in
Matobo
South,
the
MDC-‐A
candidate
returned
only
a
year
ago
from
the
UK,
and
many
voters
here
were
under
the
impression
that
he
still
lives
overseas.
If
the
MDC-‐A
or
any
opposition
party
in
the
future
wishes
to
win
rural
seats,
they
should
at
the
very
least
not
take
rural
voters
so
much
for
granted
that
they
impose
functionally
absent
candidates
on
the
electorate.
