Judgment No. CCZ 12/2015 46 Const. Application No. 79/14 father or a mother has charge of his or her children as a family deserving of protection by the State. Section 78(1) of the Constitution means that everyone who has attained the age of 18 years has the right to enter into a marriage with a person of the opposite sex and found a family.
