ZIMBABWE ACT To amend the Criminal Procedure and Evidence Act [Chapter 9:07]; to amend the National Prosecuting Authority Act [Chapter 7:20] (No. 5 of 2014); and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. ENACTED by the Parliament and the President of Zimbabwe. 1 Short title and date of commencement ( 1) Tllis Act may be cited as the Criminal Procedure and Evidence Amendment Act, 2016. (2) Subject to subsection (3), this Act shall come into operation on the date of its promulgation.
