We therefore appeal to the Commission to urge the Government of Zimbabwe to: a. Investigate all allegations of human rights violations, prosecute and punish those responsible and bring justice to victims; b. Realign all domestic legislation with the Constitution and fully implement the Constitution; c. Consider implementation of the gender parity principle in the appointment of senior government positions in line with the Constitutional provisions; and, d.
