As the country approaches the 30th of July 2018 watershed plebiscite, it is incumbent upon the state to put in place measure to combat violence and for the leadership to avoid inciting violence. Measure must be put into place to ensure adherence to the human rights standards and to make sure that violators of human rights are prosecuted. 31
