mentioned vote be transferred to such other vote as relates to the Ministry to which the
administration or provision of the service concerned has been assigned.
(2) In the case of moneys appropriated by section three in respect of subhead I.D.
Unallocated Reserve of Vote 5, the Minister of Finance and Economic Development may direct
that any of the moneys so appropriated for any purpose detailed in the notes to the subhead be
transferred to the Vote of any other Ministry for the purpose concerned, and any moneys so
transferred shall not be applied for any other purpose:
Provided that, if moneys so transferred are not required for the purpose concerned, the
Minister of Finance and Economic Development may direct the transfer of the moneys back to
subhead I.D. Unallocated Reserve of Vote 5.
(3) In the case of moneys appropriated in section three in respect of Vote 6, the Minister
of Finance and Economic Development may direct that any portion of the moneys so
appropriated be transferred to the Vote of the Appropriate Ministry that may be concerned with
the implementation of any particular donor-funded project for the purpose of meeting expenditure
incurred in connection with that project, and any moneys so transferred shall not be applied for
any other purpose:
Provided that, if any moneys so transferred are not required for the purpose of the project
concerned, the Minister of Finance and Economic Development may direct the transfer of the
moneys back to Vote 6.
(4) Moneys transferred in terms of subsection (1), (2) or (3) shall be accounted for as if
they have been appropriated by section three to the Vote to which they are so transferred, and
shall be deemed to have been so appropriated.
