LAND SURVEY AMENDMENT ACT, 2007

ACT
To amend sections 2 and 12 of the Land Survey Act [Chapter 20:12] and
sections 2 and 18 of the Land Surveyors Act [Chapter 27:06]; and to provide
for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
ENACTED by the President and Parliament of Zimbabwe.

Short title
This Act may be cited as the Land Survey Amendment Act, 2007.

Amendment of section 2 of Cap. 20:12
Section 2 ("Interpretation") of Land Survey Act [Chapter 20:12] (hereinafter called "the
principal Act") is amended by the insertion of the following definition—
""specified local qualification" means a degree, diploma or other qualification
declared to be a specified local qualification in terms of the Land Surveyors Act
[Chapter 27:06];".
