c. The post mortem reports confirmed that the six deceased persons died from wounds caused by high velocity projectiles; d. As noted above, several persons were injured by live fire; and e. Witnesses testified about soldiers patrolling in the CBD and firing live ammunition. The Commission’s findings in respect of the role of the Army and the Police are based on the above evidence and all of the evidence received by the Commission. 41 41
