ENACTED by the President and the House of Assembly. 1 Short title This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (2013) Act, 2012. 2 Interpretation In this Act— “Estimates of Expenditure” means the Estimates of Expenditure for the year ending 31st December, 2013, submitted to and passed by the House of Assembly; “Vote” means a vote appropriation for the year ending on the 31st December, 2013, as specified in the Estimates of Expenditure. 3 Consolidated Revenue Fund charged with US$3 419 729 000 The Consolidated Revenue Fund is hereby charged with such sums of money as may be required for the service of Zimbabwe during the year ending on the 31st December, 2013, not exceeding in aggregate the sum of three billion, four hundred and nineteen million, seven hundred and twenty-nine thousand United States dollars. 4 Application of moneys granted Subject to section 17(5) of the Public Finance Management Act [Chapter 22:19] (No. 11 of 2009), the moneys appropriated shall be applied to the services detailed in the Schedule and more particularly specified in the Estimates of Expenditure. 5 Power of Minister of Finance to authorise transfers between Votes (1) Where, in the case of any moneys appropriated by section 3 in respect of a particular Vote set out in the Schedule which are to be applied in terms of section 4 to any particular H.B. 7, 2012
